Compared to its predecessor, the Zoom Fly 6 is 10% lighter — an impressive achievement given that stack height has also increased and no performance has been sacrificed. The ZoomX foam midsole measures 42mm at the heel, with a bold cutout design in the forefoot. Beneath the foam sits a full-length carbon fiber Flyplate, delivering powerful energy return with every push-off.

The redesigned upper features clean, streamlined construction with a dual-layer mesh for exceptional breathability while keeping the foot locked in securely. An asymmetric tongue wraps around the ankle, and a molded foam collar cushions the Achilles for all-day comfort.
